How long does a workshop last?
Each session runs for around 3 hours, including a 30-minute break while your jewellery bakes.

What will we make?
You’ll create a pair of earrings (crowd favourite) or a pendant, ring, pair of cufflinks — designed and made entirely by you, using polymer clay.

Is it beginner friendly?
Yes! No experience necessary — you will be guided through every step.

How many people can attend?
We host groups of 8–14 people, depending on your space.

Where are the workshops held?
We come to you — whether it’s your home, office, or a private venue in London zones 1-4. All we need is a table and access to an oven. For areas outside London zones 1-4, just drop us a message and we can discuss.

Can I choose my own design?
Definitely. You’ll select from a curated range of shapes and colours — or mix your own and create something unique.

What if I'm not ‘creative’?
Miro is about joyful making, not perfection. You'll be amazed by what you can create with a little guidance.

Will I be able to wear my jewellery home?
Yes! Your pieces will be ready to take home at the end of the session, beautifully packaged in a Miro gift bag.

Do you offer workshops for team-building or brand events?
Yes — we love working with businesses to host creative, stylish sessions for teams, clients or campaigns. Email us to start planning.

Do you do kids’ parties?

Yes, we offer workshops for children aged 11+ but not for young children due to the nature of tools and materials used.

By permitting their child to attend a workshop, parents or legal guardians acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their child’s participation and agree that Miro and its representatives are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the session.

How do I book a workshop?

Can I add more guests after booking?
Yes — if we have enough materials and space, we’re happy to accommodate. Just let us know as early as you can.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 14 days in advance for a full refund.

Our cancellation policy:

More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund or option to reschedule.

7–14 days’ notice: 50% refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability).

Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at Miro’s discretion, but is not guaranteed.

If anybody from the booking does not attend the workshop without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

In the rare case that Miro needs to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

As each workshop is tailored and materials prepared in advance, this policy ensures fairness to us and other guests.
